Service providers and location

Exalytics uses Microsoft Azure services for application hosting, database storage, monitoring, and transactional email. Data may be processed where those contracted services operate, subject to their applicable safeguards.

Retention and your rights

We retain personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, security, and dispute handling. To request access, correction, or deletion, email human@exalytics.ai. Some records may need to be retained where law or security obligations require it.
