Data we use

We process account information you provide, including your name and email address, authentication and security records, topic and series access records, and technical diagnostics needed to operate and protect the service.

Google sign-in

Google authenticates your account and shares your verified email address, Google account identifier, and basic profile information with Exalytics. We store the email address and account identifier to connect your Google sign-in to your Exalytics profile and access. Google manages your Google password and account security. You can review connected services in your Google account settings.

Why we use it

We use this data to create and secure accounts, provide plan entitlements, enforce usage allowances, support users, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, and improve the service.

Service providers and location

Exalytics uses Microsoft Azure services for application hosting, database storage, monitoring, and transactional email. Data may be processed where those contracted services operate, subject to their applicable safeguards.

Retention and your rights

We retain personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, security, and dispute handling. To request access, correction, or deletion, email human@exalytics.ai. Some records may need to be retained where law or security obligations require it.
